Can anyone relate to what companies are demanding from candidates nowadays?
Please tell me it is not just me that has noticed this.
Because recently, companies are no longer looking for candidates with mere certificates and textbook knowledge. They want experience. They want competence. Someone please explain this to me.

A solid portfolio shows employers what you are actually capable of. It speaks louder than your certificate because it is proof, not just a promise.
A well written resume tie everything together. It is the document that introduces you before you even walk into the room. When it is properly structured, it opens doors that would otherwise stay shut.
