Sam Femi is a Career & Startup Growth professional, social impact leader, and the founder of Seamless Life HQ and Evangel Carriers Network. He graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Lagos State University, where he also demonstrated early leadership through student associations and social impact initiatives. Sam has over five years of experience spanning marketing strategy, brand communications, and community development, working with organisations such as Oluwaseyi Bababusola Foundation, Reach for Gold Initiative, Data Science Nigeria, EqualyzAI, About Partners, and SalesRuby.
Leadership has always been a part of him — from Head Boy in both primary and secondary school, to Assistant General Secretary of the Faculty and President of the Osun State Student Association at university.
Due to his knack for writing and media, he co-founded the Writers Hangout Initiative in 2017/18, a platform that helps young creatives connect seamlessly, holding the hangout for 5 years and bringing together a community of creatives. Sam has authored several books, including 12 Pillars of a Seamless Life, Echoes Across Time, Write Your Book In 30 Days, Whispers of the Soul, and Tales of the Heart, with more works coming soon.
He was named the Best Tech Community Leader — Lagos 2026, nominated as one of the Top 25 Under 25 (2022 & 2023) Young Entrepreneurs, and nominated for the JCI CYE (Creative Young Entrepreneur) of the Year in 2023 & 2024. He was also selected as a fellow in The Platform Nigeria’s Young Professional Bootcamp.
He served as Outreach Coordinator of the Reaching Hands Foundation for over 3 years, overseeing all outreach activities, and is now Lead Volunteer for the same foundation, leading outreach to slums, communities, hospitals, and schools. He served as Financial Secretary of the Black Diamonds Support Foundation.
He served as Director of Media, Publicity, and Communication at JCIN LASU (2021), where he was named the most innovative board member, and has served on several committees under the JCI Nigeria umbrella, including the 2022 SouthWest SkillUp Project. He is currently a member of JCI Lagos Coral, where he was named Most Outstanding New Member in 2023 & 2024, served as Team Lead of the JCI Lagos Coral Leadership Book Club — the first-ever working book club in the history of JCI Nigeria and the world — and also served as General Secretary and Director of Membership Growth and Development.
He is currently building his tech startups, Seamless Life HQ and Evangel Carriers Network, and has worked with several tech communities and companies including Data Science Nigeria, EqualyzAI, About Partners, Calabash, Yaraa.io, Roware, Qridex, ProductDive, and Axia Africa.
With a strong background in both professional excellence and social leadership, Sam represents a new generation of African changemakers dedicated to purpose, balance, and impact.
